Working with Cait completely transformed our Dubsado experience. From the very beginning, she took all of our ideas, goals, and frustrations and turned them into a workflow that actually made sense. She understood our business, identified what was and wasn’t working, and created a streamlined system that felt customized specifically for us. What we appreciated most was that she knew exactly what she was doing. This wasn’t a drawn-out “let’s see what happens” process. She came in with expertise, clear direction, and efficient solutions. She was incredibly effective, and the entire project moved much faster than we expected because she had a plan and executed it well. The booking experience is now simple, intuitive, and efficient. Our clients can move through the process with ease, and we’ve eliminated countless hours of back-and-forth emails. What once required multiple manual steps is now automated and organized to the point where we can simply click a button and confidently move forward. Every workflow, form, email, and automation was thoughtfully built with both our team and our clients in mind. Save yourself the time and hire her to set up your flows. I was spending too much time on the same processes over and over again. I previously wrote out a workflow but always stopped myself at implementation. Her strategy session + Do-It-For-You is exactly what I need.

HOLY COW!!! Cait was a lifesaver. She helped me understand what the heck Dubsado was and how it worked in the DWY process and she worked with me during an extra strategy session to create FLAWLESS workflows for all of my different services. I cannot recommend Cait enough. She has been the absolute best to work with. Very professional, kind, patient, and seriously has helped my business so much. As a mom to two young kids, I am so so excited to have these new workflows in place! I also forget to follow up and get feedback, so I am excited to have those steps in my process automated!

Cait was amazing. She went above and beyond during our strategy zoom and came up with more than I ever expected. She answered all of my questions along the way and never made me feel dumb for the little ones. Cait's workflows are built with perfection and she really took every aspect of my business under consideration when putting them together. I am so thankful to have found her, and honestly I wish I would have just went all in and hired the DFY experience. The DWY was amazing and helped me to understand going forward, so I really appreciate that though. Cait is worth the investment.

Cait is so good at what she does that she pulls everything out of my brain that needs I didn't even know was there. She's become my go-to digital system setups gal for me, the non-techy, no-systems business owner that has not only increased my productivity, but has relieved my stress level after working with her. If a client of mine has experienced a tech snafu, I can immediately let my client know it will get fixed because I know who to call. My clients know her as "My Tech Gal" and they love her just as much as I do, even though they have no idea who they are. As an interior designer, thanks for being there so that I can be an expert in that and not have to be an expert in a CRM tool too. Cait is whip smart! Watching her move through her workflow spreadsheet was like watching a concerto! Is that how you say it? IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! I love a spreadsheet, but she has a gift like no one else. She is super time efficient so I never felt like the time was being wasted. I was shocked at how fast she pulled in what I was struggling to articulate out loud - by the time I looked at the screen she had already written an email template for my client, and created 2-3 steps in the workflow based on the nonsense I had yet articulated. I want to invest in this service because there is no way I could replicate her talent at navigating Dubsado and I really feel she might be the best at it on the interwebs. Could I do it? Sure. But I could also go to medical school, and I haven't signed up for that as yet. So far, Dubsado has been like using a complicated printer and sometimes it works and sometimes I want to smash it - I think Cait is my solution to sanity.

Cait was a lifesaver, not just for business but for my family/personal life as well!!! Before hiring Cait, I've done everything manually. My goal has always been to continuously give my clients the best client experience possible; but that meant I was always sending emails, checking to see if forms have been answered, updating project status, and so much more. Cait is a bloomin' wizard when it comes to Dubsado! She thought of EVERYTHING. my setup was complex as i work across multiple currencies - Cait made it work so I never miss an enquiry while working across multiple brands in Dubsado. She thought about my setup from both the client and my perspective so our lives will be as easy as possible. Cait took the jumbled & over-complicated systems in my head, organized and simplified them, then automated it all into a well-oiled, customer-wowing machine. I can finally relax. Cait knows what she's doing. She is thorough she takes the time to really know your business. My time spent inside of Dubsado has been cut down by more than half and I haven't even implemented everything she has set up for me. My business is now able to run itself.

We were doing everything manual. We had a great system but was not using it to its potential. We had tried a couple things but nothing to the extent that Cait did for us. Cait is very thorough and knowledgeable! We were doing a lot of things the manual way but she streamlined and automated it all. Has saved us lots of time and it feels so good to have a system.

I highly recommend Cait to help you get organized, streamline your business processes, and provide an elevated experience to your clients. Cait was nice, funny, and fun to work with. She handled everything, it really was a full-service client experience for me to work with her - I knew from her own process that she would make sure my clients were taken care of. And she did.
